At present, the research of urban infrastructure for private enterprises, which mostly are based on the perspective of attracting investment in the area of urban infrastructure, but this writer's stand point on behalf of private enterprises, according to the characteristics of infrastructure industries and private enterprises, focusing on above two advantages, expounded the reasons why private enterprises enter infrastructure industries, analysis the negative factors about entering the infrastructure industries in terms of he private enterprises, introduces the main method of entering into the infrastructure industry, finally, to provide recommendations for private enterprises to enter the urban infrastructure industries.
