This paper analyzes the contribution of schoolenterprise cooperating innovation to the competitiveness of enterprises and colleges, and then demonstrates the necessity and inevitability of school-enterprise cooperating innovation indirectly. Through the related analysis of school-enterprise cooperation and industrial competitiveness, it can be found that school-enterprise cooperation and the associated five indicators are the main factors affecting the industrial competitiveness. Finally through the analysis of the coupling effects, the paper comes to the conclusion: The improvement of the school-enterprise cooperation can promote our country's industrial competitiveness effectively.
