摘要

The crawler tracked compactor works at a high work level and works under severe working environment. The sudden release of hammer will give a strong impact to the overall machine. The rigid-flexible coupling model of an entire 400tm compactor is established in the dynamics simulation environment of ADAMS, which is supported by Pro/E and ANSYS software. The sudden unloading condition of the compactor is simulated. Vibration of the structural components and the overall stability of the entire machine at the sudden unloading moment are studied. The dynamic stress of the flexible body and the dynamic response parameters of the overall machine are analyzed, which can provide load spectrum data for the fatigue life analysis of the overall machine and the design improvement and optimization of the components.
