摘要

Nowadays, some problems are being existed in the emergency management of the local government in China which is weak crisis consciousness, inadequate emergency preparedness, unsound emergency plan, lower emergency response ability and information publication unstandardized.Strengthening the mechanism construction of emergency management for the local government is the objective requirement of current environmental crisis, the fundamental power of improving emergency management ability of the local government, the important way of enhancing the capability of a service-oriented government and the mission of local government to Implements and realizes the scientific development concept.Using the experience of other countries for reference, combining with the actual situation, in the mechanism construction of emergency management for the local government in China, we should focus on the following areas including emergency preparation, emergency response, information publicity and emergency response training, etc.
