摘要

We use blended learning theory as a guide to explore and practice a new computer English teaching method. We choose the course Fundamentals of Computer to practise bilingual education Guided by IC3 platform. With engineering design as the guidance, take project training for the carrier, we reset up the Computer English course. Using experimental class to check the experimental result, we found that the new teaching method is more scientific.
