Stroke is a group of diseases due to brain blood vessels rupture or sudden vascular occlusion leads to blood circulation disorder which causes brain damage. The pathogenesis of stroke is quite complex, there have many reasons can induce the disease, including climate factors. In this paper, we changed the common methods which used linear regression or logistic regression to analyze the impact of climate on stroke which had some limitations and was not comprehensive. We used the multiple regression to analysis the prediction model of stroke on climate factors. Studies show that this method is more accurate and more convenient based on the 2007 to 2010 total 61,923 cases of the disease from many hospitals for a city.
