摘要

This paper introduces a three dimensional motion experimental device for laboratory drilling in any position on the rock sample surface. The power head of host rig of the device can realize three dimensional motion. It can also simulate drilling process and realize hydraulic feeding, rotation, circulation and purification of drilling fluid, and clamping rock sample. A multi-drilling parameters automatic measuring system by means of industrial computer has been also devised. The system can realtimely measure both hydraulic oil pressure of cylinder's upper and lower chambers, and it can also measure rotational speed and depth of drill, etc. some derivational parameters such as drilling pressure and drilling speed can be obtained by calculation. All the parameters and the real-time curves can be displayed on monitor at the same time. History curves of all the drilling parameters can be drawn by computer automatically. A database of the parameters can be built with drilling process. Furthermore, drilling report can be generated.
