Variations of the intensity of cosmic ray muons with energy threshold of 100 MeV during thunderstorm thunderstorms are investigated. Experimental data under analysis were obtained with the Carpet shower a array in the Baksan Valley, ray North Caucasus. It is shown that statistically significant effects are observed in the majority of thunderstorms.
