An extract tea leaf (Camelia sinensis) modifiedrntriazine, namely hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(2-rnhydroxyethyl)-s triazine with concentrations of 100,rn200, 300 and 400 ppm, were investigated forrninhibition of H2S corrosion of carbon steel.rnElectrical resistance techniques were used tornmeasure corrosion rates and inhibition efficienciesrnof extracts of tea leaf-triazine mixture. Study resultsrndetermined thatperformance efficiencies of tea leaftriazinernextract corrosion inhibitor performance inrn100 ppm H_2S with efficiency up to 93.68% at 400rnppm concentration.
