摘要

The scramjet is the main power plant of the airbreathing hypersonic vehicle, the local point of the sharp leading edge and the combustion chamber endured long and severe thermal environment, which makes the thermal protection technique on the leading edge and combustion to be the key technology. The airbreathing hypersonic vehicle requires to be nonablated, the present thermal resistant and antioxidant thermal protection materials based on the passive thermal protection technique could not satisfied the requirement ,the new thermal protection technique should be studied. The paper takes the C/SiC for example,studied the oxidation performance under air and combustion gas environment,studied the application of the leading thermal protection technique on sharp leading edge and combustion chamber,, the thermal protection components based on the leading thermal protection technique were also designed and fabricated.
