Since 1991, the Library at the University of Technology, Sydney hasprovided training sessions for academic staff on the Internet. Thistraining program has been well docmented in a number of articlesandconfrerence papers. Less well known is how the Library staff werebrought toa level of competence, whereby they could provide training toacademics, surely one of the most challenging groups to train imaginable.
