摘要

In this paper, we proposes the vibration detection and analysis of wind turbine based on a LoRa wireless transmission constructed by an embedded microcontroller. The vibration signal is captured during the operation of wind turbine and processed and analyzed by FFT method. The analyzed data is transmitted to the server by LoRa wireless transmission and users can execute real-time monitoring remotely. In this proposed system, an envelope method is implemented to characteristic frequency. The data will be transferred to the website server though LoRa communication. This method can be used to detect and maintain thefaultof the wind turbine in real-time. The wind turbine will not be malfunctioned and loss can be prevented. The functionality and the behavior of this proposed system are validated by a series of tests. Test results have proven that this proposed system is capable of completely monitoring the operation status of the wind turbine.
