摘要

This paper sets up analysis model of port logistics arrangement based on the application of Delphi andAnalytical Hierarchy Process,and constructs the index system of logistics performance assessment. Itcalculates every index weight with the weighting method--C1 based on differential principle,appraisescomprehensive performance adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Adopting an averageweighting method,we get every quantitative appraisal factor index and educe port logistics comprehensiveperformance outcome. The verification by experiment of Ningbo port logistics performance is a real response ofperformance status,and provides theoretical foundation for development and correction of Ningbo port,afterdiscussion for evaluation results,some suggestions and policy options are put forward.
机译:本文基于Delphi的应用和层次分析法,建立了港口物流布局分析模型,构建了物流绩效考核指标体系。基于微分原理,采用加权法C1计算各项指标权重,采用模糊综合评价法评价综合绩效。采用平均加权法,得到各项定量评价因子指标,得出港口物流综合绩效结果。宁波港物流绩效的实验验证是对绩效状况的真实反应,为宁波港的发展和修正提供了理论基础,随后对评估结果进行了讨论,提出了一些建议和政策选择。
