Based on the marked differences between intelligent logistics information system and regional logisticsinformation-base dplatform,the paper clarifies the significance,objective and principles of information-basedplatform layout upon regional intelligent logistics system. At the same time,the paper presents its systemcomponents and system hierarchies based on the analysis of the system structure of information-based platformupon regional intelligent logistics system. After that,the paper puts emphasis on analyzing functional demandsthrough inner and outer functions. And finally,the paper designs the data setup table based on platformaccording to the connection,function demands of regional intelligent logistics system.
