摘要

Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is a hot topic in the fields of logistics. Correct routing will decrease thedelivery costs for service provider and increase customer service quality. Since the VRP has been proved to be aNP-hard problem,there is no effective method to solve it thoroughly. Because it is difficult to solve the dynamicvehicle routing problem,this paper presents a new concept for solving vehicle routing problems (VRP) withrandom restriction conditions through simulation methods. It is setting up vehicle routing problem mathematicalmodel with random change of unloading time and speed and using object-oriented discrete event simulationmodeling method in this paper. Based on the logistics system simulation platform EM-plant,the simulationmodel of vehicle routing problem with restriction conditions is designed and its solution is realized.
