摘要

The continuous measurement of terminal's bulk cargo,such as ore,coal and grain,et al.,is seriouslyaffected because the operation environment of bulk terminals is very poor and the measuring signals arenormally interacted by a variety of random disturbances. The effects lower the reliability and accuracy ofcontinuous measurement,so as to cause larger measurement error. According to the defined load factor,thevariation of measurement error at load ripple is analyzed,and an adaptive compensation method based on theload ripple error is put forward. For the measurement error caused by the conveyor speed ripple,an adaptivecompensation method based on the double loops is proposed that is a speed pre-estimation unit and a speedcompensation unit practical application shows that an adaptive filtering method is used to eliminate thedisturbance of load ripples of dynamic continuous measurement system in the conveying system and speedripples of the conveying system,and to implement the adaptive detection and compensation of dynamiccontinuous measurement.
