摘要

Human resources management performance evaluation is a challenge to many organizations, and is an important factor of enterprise performance assessment . In this paper, we introduce the Balanced Scorecard to assess performance of human resources management and construct the indicator system of human resources management performance evaluation. Though analyzing of examples, we verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method and get some effective advice on human resources management performance evaluation.
