摘要

So far,the rotor of Ultrasonic Motor is usually driving only by single stator in home and abroad.Because of the factor of the piezoelectricity material and friction material and so on,it is hard to achieve great thrust and high reliability.This paper researched the synchronized driving technique of multi-stator Ultrasonic Motor.It could enhance the driving force of motor,resolve the problem which the output power is relatively small in applications of single stator motor.According to the characteristics of driving system of the multi-stator USM,using two-stator Ultrasonic Motor as an example,this paper introduced three different power supplies respectively based on single components,AVR and DSP.And compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages,pointed out that the multi-stator USM synchronized driving system could enhance the reliability and stability of the motor and its developing-tendency.
