摘要

Piezoelectric actuators of the pipe type for powder material conveyors have been proposed and studied during the past years.In this paper,a novel ultrasonic feeding device has been proposed,which can be used for the transport and dosage of millimeter size solid objects.It has following advantages:simple structure,high precise control and no noise.This ultrasonic feeding device includes multi-piezoelectric-vibrators of the ring-type in order to generate traveling wave along it.A prototype is manufactured,and the feeding ability of this prototype is experimental investigated.The results show that the velocity of some feeding objects can achieve about 120mm/s and can be controlled precisely by regulating driving frequency or driving voltage applied on piezoelectric actuator.
