摘要

Extrusion technology is characterized by low energy consumption,high efficiency and suited for large-scale mechanized production so it is widely applied to oil factory,food factory and feed factory.This paper established mechanical model and finite element model(FEM)of single-thread and double-thread screw in co-rotating twin-screw extruder and carried out stress analysis on screws of different pitch and screw axis ratio(SAR)through the method of finite element analysis(FEA).It is shown that the maximum stress of single-thread and double-thread screw is negatively related to pitch but positively related to SAR.By comparison,a conclusion that the mechanical property of double-thread screw is superior to single-thread screw in the same working condition is drawn.
