摘要

The electromagnetic valve actuator with large output force used in valves is one of the key components.According to the requirements of the output force and energy saving, a new type of electromagnetic valve actuator with permanent magnets is presented;the working principle is elaborated;moreover, the model of static 3D finite element analysis (FEA) is established in this paper.Based on those foundations, the parameter optimization is completed on some critical dimensions, such as the height of the permanent magnets and the distance between the armature and the magnets.This actuator has more output force and less power than traditional electromagnetic structure without permanent magnets.The experiments and FEA results of the prototype structure verified the design of this new type of direct-acting electromagnetic valve actuator.The validity and practicality of this 3D FEA optimization method are presented in this paper.
