摘要

Forward extrusion is one of the fundamental working processing of cold forging. Quantitative analysis of the workability of axial reduction, which is classified into non-restriction type, has not been carried out intensively; therefore, forging processes depend on experience and skill. In this research, CAE analysis was carried out to make clear the influences of n-value, friction coefficient, and die shapes on the deformed shape of billets, tool load, and stress and strain distribution. The following results were obtained.
