Blogs, and particularly newsblogs, are receiving increasedrnattention for their role in uncovering important orrnunderdeveloped aspects of news stories. This research wasrnan attempt to explore relevance criteria as it applies to usersrnof newsblogs. An anonymous online questionnairernpresented individuals with a list of established userrnrelevance criteria, ranking the importance of eachrncharacteristic in determining a newsblog’s quality.
