National policies about nuclear energy, nuclear science and engineering are explained. 30-40% or more of electricity production by nuclear energy, plutonium recycling, commercial FBR cycle around 2050, fusion energy R & D as a future alternative, and application of radiation and quantum beam are the main fields.
