UN climate change conference in Copenhagen in 2009 highlights a keyword, low carbon economy. Meanwhile, China entered to the High-speed Railway Era. Under the guidance of energy saving, and environmental protection, the development of Chinese high-speed railway, especially the China Railway High-speed (CRH) technology, is the important manifestation of "China Model". So the research on green technological innovation of Chinese high-speed railway meets the requirements of low carbon economy and has epochal significance. This paper analyses the green technological innovation of Chinese high-speed railway in the view of low carbon economy, sums up experience and laws, and provides corresponding suggestions to the problems I found.
