This paper presents an integrated approach for thernenergy saving, control optimization and BEMS/BMSrnapplication of centralized airconditioning systems. Thernapproach is based on the field test/monitoring, buildingrnrealistic performance simulation and emulation. Thernmethods and their roles for improving the operation,rnthe conúol optimization and EMCS/BMS applicationrnare discussed. Examples of utilization are presented.
