This poster presentation will demonstrate how a properly structured training program construction projects. It w ill demonstrate through the use of flow diagrams and organizational charts the structure, ethod, and tools needed to effectively communicate with very large and diversified audiences. These diagrams will shows the timing for each level of training, the organizational structure for each audience at that level, and he appropriate training tools associaed with each level.
