Mr. Millier has 15 years of environmental management experience: 5 years of environmetal management experience at mine, mill and smelter sites; 5 years of environmental monitoring and mangement experience at non-industrial areas; and 5 years of environmental mangement at DoD sites. Mr. Miller received an M.S. in rrsource Management from the University of montana, Missoula, and a B.S.in Resoure management with a minor in Enviromental Science from the University of Wisconsin, Stevent's Point. He works for the Directorate of Environmental Compliance and Management at Fort Carson as a reclamation ecologist.
