Aiming to solve the shortcomings that the bad portability of test programs and the inferior interchangeability of instruments in ATS brought by instrument-oriented software development tools and complex structures and rules of existing signal-oriented software development tools of ATS,put forward to build a signal-oriented graphical software development tool of ATS,and the components of the tool,signal driver library,control library and runtime engine,are studied.Among them,the runtime engine is very important to complete signal-oriented testing tasks,and an important task completed by it is that match appropriate instruments for signal requirements in test programs,and with an example the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)will be adopted to complete the task.
