In order to determine the proper working speed of pneumatic seed metering device and correctly design the no-till planter,the spot tests and orthogonal tests on measuring the vibration of pneumatic seed metering device excited by the ground surface were carried out.Through testing,the characteristics and main parameters of vibration for seeders excited by the ground surface were obtained.The results showed that the vibration can be simulated with the dominant frequency,its frequency ranges from 35 to 70 Hz,and its acceleration ranges from 0 to 39.49 m/s2.The orthogonal test also revealed that the main factor to affect the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude was the forward speed of the seeder.%为了确定免耕播种机的作业速度并合理设计其气吸式排种器,该文对免耕播种机气吸式排种装置在实际作业过程中所受的地面振动激励进行了实地测试与正交试验.经过测试获得了播种机所受地面振动激励的特性和主要参数.研究结果表明,地面的振动激励可以用主频进行模拟,其中主频的频率范围大约是35~70Hz,主频的加速度范围为0~39.49 m/s2.正交试验分析表明,机器作业速度是影响振动频率与振幅的主要因素.
