摘要

This paper introduces the present architecture and clinic application of the DICOM standard after intently studying it. It discusses the necessity of enhancing file compression, adding more IOD into the standard, supporting Chinese characters encoding, and offer the corresponding ways to implement them. At last this paper offer the new concept of pre-Hospital, and points out that focusing information of patient and implement multi-system integration, seamless exchanging information between different system are the important developing trend of medicine information.
