摘要

The healthcare provision in most places is facingrnmany problems, and at the same time people are becomingrnmore interested in mechanisms that help them to controlrntheir health in an easy way. In this paper is presented arnpersonal health system that empower people and organizationsrnto better manage their health and wellness, helping the medicalrntasks using both sensor devices (home equipments to measurerndifferent vital signals) and mobile devices to send all therninformation received to the remote servers. The informationrnreceived for the mobile devices is sent to a database systemrnthat resides in a remote server, which they are accessed throughrna digital certificate, in this way the users can update his/herrnprofile. This solution is based on cellular network architecturernand also considers additional features as: geographical locationrnand alarm messages in order to improve the communicationrnbetween users and the health applications; also it is consideredrndifferent permission levels to access different types of informationrnof a specific user profile. Other important functionalityrnof the solution is that it can be used as a personalizedrnrecommendation system on health subjects.
