摘要

Regarding the lift irrigation engineering system in the hilly areas of the Eastern of Sichuan in China, the systematic diagnosis and strategies of technical reformation are studied according to system principle and methods. Through the analysis of system structure, function and factors affecting technical and economic level, the function diagram of technical reformation and the hierarchy structure model are set up . By using AHP, the weight of main factors relative to general goal is analysed and the priority measures of comprehensive technical reformation are decided.' Based on the surroundings of pump stations , the stations are divided into three groups with different methods of comprehensive management.
