摘要

Starting off with the analysis on serious damage caused by over-cutting and over-fishing,the article stresses the importance of macro-control over agricultural mechanization (A. M. ) in coastal areas. In addition,the author expounds that there will be a broad prospect for wastes being converted to resources in these areas. In order to accelerate multi - level utilization of wastes and deepen the inversion of them to feeds, fertilizers and energy resources, mechanization must be developed. This is not only an important approach to vitalize rural areas by science & technology, but also a main process of pollution treatment and environment protection,which will promote the agro-ecology cycle and rural economy to improved coordination. With a view to the spanning - century development of the coastal areas,only when a combined "rural prosperity" and "environment control" strategy is practised, can a coordinated and sustained development of agricultural and rural e-conomies be achieved.
