The paper introduces an integrated test platform, which was used to test the performance of the electric-liquid servo system. The computer is the nucleus of this control system, by plus some relevant interface-circle, to control the state of the signal source. It offers system's orientation, pitching's instruction angle and the speed of orientation, to complete the trace of the orientation & pitching and the form of the transfer instruction signal. By doing these, the system has imitated the signal of the orientation & pitching movements of radar. Via the interface-circle, it can detect the system's orientation & pitching's angle error signal, and to calculate whether the system's performance can meet the request. In addition, it also sends the instruction signal to test the servo-valve and the orientation motor, to check the motor speed, so as to calculate the performance of the servo-valve and the motor. It can realize the real-time detect and control and the collection, show, process and output of the data. It can also realize the auto-save of the test results and curves, and according to the pre-defined compute methods to auto-judge all kinds of index of the test results. Besides, it can print the result report and the shape of the curves. Furthermore, the software part was accomplished by using the NI corporation products-CVI (C programs for Virtual Instruments).
