As a certified Infrastructure Consultant, James Carlini has been involved with applying advanced business practices, planning mission critical network infrastructures and reviewing new real estate developments. He pioneered the concept of Measuring a Building's IQ in 1985 and has written many articles and white papers in various trade publications on infrastructure, technology, intelligent buildings, regional sustainability, and Intelligent Business Campuses. He is also an expert witness on mission critical network infrastructures in both civil and federal courts and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University at both the Executive Masters and undergraduate levels for two decades.
