摘要

Minor enterprises are indispensable for any country or region that longs for a stable and continuous economic growth especially in the aspects of economic stabilization, working opportunity, earning money by export and offering social services. After the worldwide financial crisis, minor enterprises in China have been suffering from difficulty in financing, which has drawn the attention of the whole society. This article based on the analysis of the current financing situation of minor enterprises in China and exploration of the due reasons, offers certain suggestions for governmental policies to solve the financing problem of minor enterprises in China, which would be meaningful realistically for the healthy and sustainable development of China national economy.
