Analyzing the current mode and present condition of the domestic and international metallurgy equipments, put forward the possibility and necessity of the metallurgy equipments specialization management , from the point of view of the market, the new idea (concept) of metallurgy equipments management—property right exchange and leasehold within the enterprise is put forward , and further study on it is made in this paper.
