Six groups fatigue components simulating the annealing technological process after welding of TA15 titanium alloy welding structure were designed and manufactured.Using the constant range fatigue loading spectrum test method,effects of annealing times on the fatigue life of TA 15 titanium alloy welding structure were discussed.The results show that the fatigue properties and the fatigue life of TA15 titanium alloy welding structure are improved distinctly with increasing annealing times.Compared with two annealing times,the mean fatigue life and the safety fatigue life at 95% reliability and 95% confidence of that with six annealing times increase by 2.25 and 11.15 times,respectively.
