Remanufacturing is the significant way to develop continuously for Chinese economy.Through the interpretation of the relevant provisions of REACH Regulation,this article discusses some main aspects; namely discussion the impact about the REACH Regulation on the remanufacturing industry,investigated the obligations which remanufactured products should comply with.It is proposed that strengthening the investigation of technical system and the important material and objectives,and re-manufacturing process have significance thatis healthy development of Chinesemanufacturing industry and the internationalization of re-manufactured products.
