The application of "Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS)" in the remanufacturing of waste oil pipe had mature processing,and 80% of the waste oil pipes could be remanufactured,which could save 93% of energy,reduce100% of CO2 emission and save 98.8% of resources.The remanufactured oil pipe had the properties of anti-corrosion,abrasion resistance,anti-scaling and anti-wax,the service life was 5 times that of new oil pipe,and the oilfield could save billions of yuan investment for oil pipes.The tests showed that using the remanufactured oil pipes could reduce the workover frequency,increase the exemption period of oilfield,and enhance the production of oilfield.
