摘要

In order to evaluate the feasibility of indentation testing machine to detect the interfacial bonding strength of kinds of coatings accurately,FeCrBSi、AT40、Al2O3 three kinds of coatings with different bonding strength were prepared.After the indentation testing at the surface of coatings,the amplitudes and energies,as the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signals,were extracted.And the superficial and sectional morphologies of indentation points were observed by scanning electronic microscope.The results of the experiments indicated that this testing machine was capable of meeting the especial requirements of detecting the bonding strength in the field.Acoustic emission can be an effective criterion to detect the coating cracking.And the energy would be hopeful of evaluating interracial bonding strength of coatings as a direct parameter.
