摘要

Numerical simulations are conducted on the effects of some main structural factors of a port plate on the water hammering including the noise reducing groove shape, the residual volume in the piston bore, the deflected installation angle of the port plate and the overlap angle. The pressure and pressure gradient changes in the piston bore are analyzed under different conditions. Based on the analysis of simulation results, some proposals on the design of the port plate to subdue the pressure pulse and fluid borne noise during flow distribution process are put forward.
