摘要

The article deals with polyerhetic automated systems and describe the problem of optimal fixing requests arriving at random times by operators of the system. We study the issues of efficiency and expediency of using information technology and describe models and information technology of function distribution that are built using the methods of the functional and structural theory of ergo-technical systems of Professor Anatoly Gubinsky. We chose the probability of errorfree and timely execution of the request as the main indicator of quality, conducted the computer experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed models and tools, and described the methodology of the experiments to demonstrate that the use of the developed information technology provides a significant improvement in the quality of solutions related to the distribution of functions between operators in automated systems.
