Solid-state nanopores have been proven a new category of sensors for individual unlabeled biopolymer detection and characterization. It provides a new possible way for fast and low cost DNA sequencing. Until now, samples are mainly focused on doublestranded DNA (dsDNA) molecules. In this work, X-DNA molecules are driven through a nanopore, 35 nm in diameter by electric field. We found that the corresponding blockage current is typically 167 pA, and translocation time is around 3. 5 ms. Based on previous results, we believe that nanopore is no doubt a promising fast and efficient DNA detection technique in the future.
