Analytical method of designing parallel undersea and under-river circular tunnel linings under the action of the rocks own weight and the water pressure on the bottom including the case of water penetration into the bottom rock is proposed in the paper presented. The method allows to take a sequence of the tunnels construction into account at the determination of the linings stress state. The example of the design is given. The work is supported by RFBR grant 00-15-98522.
