The phenomena of globalization and regionalization through economic competition which sparked a global scale on access to resources and the possibility of entering new markets, turned, lastly, firm management stance towards ensuring a competitive advantage, regarded as the only factor which can determine not only the survival and maintenance of the company, but also winning a sustainable competitive position in the market. Located in the Centre of any strategy, competitive advantage is the one that gives its extent and the success of the whole company's strategic management approach. In the process of internationalizing companies go through a series of steps when entering a foreign market. The decision to penetrate international markets constitute an important step that can shape the new opportunities and broaden the horizons of expansion and growth, while entailing a risk of very big due to significant complexity associated with international business environment.
