Abstract: This report describes the status of an effort to catalog the refractive index, absorption, reflectance, and transmittance of selected infrared transmitting materials over the wavelength range from 1 $mu@m to 1000 $mu@m and at temperatures from 300 K to about 2 K. Data are presented for LiF, CaF$-2$/, BaF$-2$/, KBr, TlBr, KRS-5 (TlBr-I), and KRS-6 (TlBr- Cl). A cryo-optical measurements facility at the Goddard Space Flight Center, which has been used to generate some of the cataloged data, is also described.!
