An accelerated corrosion of rebar in concrete was conducted under the artificial climate environment. Environmental temperature relative humidity, water-cement ratio of concrete and concrete cover depth were considered as the factors influencing rebar corrosion, The effect of single factors and their interaction on the corrosion rate of rebars in concrete were studied. Based on the experimental results under artificial climate environment, a regression equation was built to predict the steel bar corrosion rate in concrete, and the comparison between calculated and the experimental result under the natural climate environment was carried out.
