摘要

In the paper some test results are presented regarding moisture content measurements with TRIME sensors. A number of parameters that influence the test results are treated. It is argued that the TRIME sensor is suitable for moisture content changes in porous materials: for precise moisture content measurement specific conditions have to be met. More research has to carried out to accurately interpret the influence of temperature changes on the test results. For the testing concrete cylinders were used. From the test results it can be derived that the TRIME probe may be an interesting tool to monitor moisture content changes for many porous building materials applied in restoration.
